Returns Policy

At Marie Jeanette Designs, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if the item you purchased has a major problem, which includes:

  • The product being faulty or damaged.

  • The product not matching the description or sample.

  • The product being unsafe or not fit for the purpose it was bought for.

Refunds, Repairs, or Replacements

  • Major Problems: If your product has a major fault, you can choose between a repair, replacement, or a full refund.

  • Minor Problems: If the issue is minor, we will offer a free repair or replacement.

Change of Mind

  • Classic items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

  • Tracked return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
